Research shows that students with good nutrition have better grades, improved memory and fewer absences, while developing eating habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Camp will be at Garinger High School 1100 Eastway Dr. Charlotte NC
The process is simple, simply click the button below to register now
Camp is $300 per week. There may be scholarship opportunities for those who qualify. You must register for more information.
Drop off from 7:00am - 9:00am (Breakfast included)
Pick up from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Most items are made from scratch.
When applying, please be sure to indicate if your camper has any allergies or dietary restrictions that you would like accommodated.

Patrick Kratz spear heads all things horticulture or agriculture related for our team. With teaching experience on the collegiate and high school levels, he brings a unique perspective on what it takes to develop young minds. Mr. Kratz is instrumental in connecting the dots for students about where our food comes from including introducing them to farm life, how a greenhouse works and the study of aquaponics.
